What's new
What just shipped in Dash, written for the people who use it.
September 27, 2026
Invite anyone on your team
Add a person with any email, even if they already use Dash. Access lasts until you remove them, or until a day you pick.
September 27, 2026
See website totals without a visitor list
Marketing Website shows visits, pages, and where people came from. Named people still show up in Pipeline.
September 27, 2026
Meta stays signed in when results do not save
If Dash cannot save your ad numbers, Meta stays connected. Sign in again only when Meta says the login expired.
September 26, 2026
Apply or share your invite from the same page
After you join the list, founding access and your invite sit side by side. Share it and you each get one month free.
September 26, 2026
Start a playbook from a form, a tag, or a new person
A playbook can text or email them, wait a few days, and stop if they already wrote back. A wait can end on a chosen day and stay quiet at night.
September 25, 2026
See which apps are connected
Open Settings, then Integrations. Connected apps shows what is signed in. Activity shows what those apps did.
September 24, 2026
Build your own pipeline and drag people through it
Pipeline opens to a board. Name your own stages, add more pipelines, and drag each person to the next stage. A playbook can run when someone lands in a stage or sits there too long.
September 24, 2026
See how long visits last as a real curve
Marketing Website now counts a visit once, even when someone clicks from your site to book. Bots are left out. Visit length shows as a bell curve, and pages per visit show as bars.
September 20, 2026
Watch a video, then join the waitlist
The waitlist page is dark and plays a short founder video beside Join. After you join, a second video explains the founding cohort. Apply if you want a seat.
September 20, 2026
Playbooks send the form, text, and invoice
When a visit or booking happens, a live playbook can send the intake form, a reminder text, or a payment link. You write the steps once.
September 19, 2026
Share finished bookings with Meta and Google
Open Settings, then Integrations. After you connect ads, turn on sharing so Meta and Google see the booking when it finishes in Dash.
September 19, 2026
Stop waitlist emails from a link
Open the stop-email link in a Dash waitlist email. We will not send you product emails after that.
September 19, 2026
Website traffic numbers match the visits you actually get
Marketing Website now counts page views and bounce from real visits, places your clinic on the map, and names Instagram, Facebook, and paper ads instead of short codes.
September 17, 2026
Sign-in and access buttons say what they do
Team sign-ins, Brain access, and the portal menu now use plain words. Sign out everywhere, turn off, and sign out name what happens.
September 17, 2026
Pick adult, pediatric, or prenatal for the note
Set a charting panel on the person. One Daily visit on the book can use a different note and intake forms for each panel. Type / in today's note and use the arrows to pick a shortcut.
September 16, 2026
Integrations opens on the catalog
Settings → Integrations no longer shows an Ads conversion setup card. Connect Website, Meta, and Google from the list.
September 15, 2026
Write today's note from Chart or clinic day
Open a person Chart or today's visit and write the note in one place. Signed visits list on Chart. The person header shows date of birth and care-plan progress. Details and Notes edit in place. Click a timeline event to read that instance once.
September 13, 2026
Review website traffic, visit quality, and who found you
Open Marketing Website to overlay unique visitors, page views, and bounce, then booking starts, forms sent, and call taps. Compare visit length and pages per visit, see a clustered city map, and scan each unique visitor. If tracking is not connected, Get started sits above empty widgets.
September 7, 2026
Apply for a founding seat from the waitlist
After you join the waitlist, you can watch why we built Dash and apply for the founding cohort. A seat is not automatic.
September 6, 2026
Forget one preference in You
Open You to see how you told Dash you work. Forget a note and Ask Dash stops using it. Clinic Knowledge still wins if they disagree.
September 6, 2026
Mark clinic pages required for Ask Dash
On a Knowledge page, turn on Required for Ask Dash so that SOP stays in the answer before optional clinic notes.
September 5, 2026
See what needs you on Home
Open Dash and Home now picks Focus and Watch from your job, your assigned work, and this clinic's Knowledge. Numbers stay real or they stay hidden.
September 5, 2026
Sort People by any column
Open Patients or Contacts and click a column header to sort the directory, including owner, care category, and last visit. Saved views keep the sort you chose.
September 3, 2026
Give Ask Dash a skill to follow
Open Brain Skills to pick a Dash starter or write how this clinic wants Ask Dash to work. Attach a skill when you ask. Dash originals stay read-only until you make a clinic copy.
September 3, 2026
Keep how you like to work in You
Open You in Brain to save personal notes that Ask Dash can use for you. Clinic Knowledge still wins if the two disagree. Other staff cannot read your pages.
September 3, 2026
See what this clinic already decided
Open Knowledge in Brain to read the clinic wiki Ask Dash uses. Starter SOPs now live as real pages you can edit and approve, instead of a separate settings list.
September 2, 2026
Write playbooks as one document and find them in a library
Open Playbooks to upload or paste how the clinic runs, review every saved change, and turn on an exact version. The Library lists what you already run and the moments nobody owns yet.
September 2, 2026
Start a playbook when someone books online
Attach a live playbook to a booking page in Booking Studio. When that public booking finishes, the clinic starts the pinned version, the same way visit types already start a playbook.
September 2, 2026
Let patients book with a phone number only
Turn on phone-only contact on a booking page. Patients can finish without an email. Dash stores a placeholder address that never gets a message.
August 30, 2026
Let patients book extra visits or another person
Turn on bulk or family booking on a booking page. Patients can add another visit or name someone else before they confirm. Service and contact fields stay a readable width on a wide screen.
August 30, 2026
Put booking on your site and let patients step back
The public booking page fits in an embed, hides extra clinic chrome unless you turn it on, and lets people reopen visit, date, and time. Ten-minute slots show in three columns.
August 29, 2026
Ask patients to confirm a booked visit
Turn on confirm after booking for an appointment type or a booking page. The slot is taken, and the patient gets a link to confirm they will attend.
August 29, 2026
Set up scheduling as your clinic rhythm
Open Settings to name what you do, say who treats, and set a typical week. That is enough to put a patient on the book. The Availability Builder stays for holidays and new week patterns.
August 29, 2026
Help covers each room of Dash
Open Help to read how Home, Health, Messages, Pipeline, Marketing, and Settings work, plus search and keyboard shortcuts. What's new stays in the same place.
August 29, 2026
See when this clinic is near its AI allowance
Ask Dash shows a note when this clinic is close to its AI allowance, and stops when the allowance is used. Open your photo for Help and for Upgrade when you are not on Groups.
August 27, 2026
Help, shortcuts, and what's new
The sidebar footer is now an icon tray. Open Help for how Dash works, keyboard shortcuts in the app, and What's new for what just shipped.
